Durability & Performance
A comprehensive durability and performance training program for basketball athletes of all ages. Including a daily mobility and tissue prep routine, along with your 4x/week strength and conditioning protocols. You can also expect 2x/week concentrated on recovery and restoration protocols to respect the longevity of one's career.
Ball Handling
A progressive series of drills that help players go from great dribblers to great ball handlers. Great dribblers pound the ball, have great control, and can manipulate the ball in 1-on-1 situations. Great Ball Handlers get to their spots, handle with vision, capable of making great passes and plays, even against physicality and length.
